To our partners in ministry,
As we reflect on 2011 over and over we see God's blessings and provision. Psalms 68:19 has definitely been true, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.” We have seen God answer prayers that we have been praying for years, save souls and change lives. What a privilege it is to be part of His ministry to others.
Since our last update God has given us the privilege to minister for a week in Linside, WV and then also in Salisbury, MD. God worked greatly in both meetings and 3 people trusted Christ as Saviour. Johnny was lead to preach his message on suicide in both churches and it was used greatly to show how there is always hope in Christ. Johnny has also had the privilege to preach 5 sermons in a series our church is doing through the book of Revelation. What an exciting book of the Bible as we learn about future events.
Because of Rachel's pregnancy and the birth of our son, JD, our traveling schedule was a little light in 2011. We were still blessed to minister in 13 different churches, seeing 15 souls saved. We are thrilled that our schedule for 2012 is beginning to fill up already and are excited to see what God will do.
We are still seeking to go full-time in the ministry, but are not quite sure how God will bring this about. Please continue to pray with us about this matter. We were planning to go to Pastor’s School in Hammond, Indiana to try to introduce our ministry to pastors who have never heard about our ministry. With the new schedule laid out for Pastor’s School we must wait one more year to do this. We are asking each church if they could recommend our ministry to at least five other pastors. We are excited about the future and how God will continue to increase our schedule. Thank you again for your prayers and support, without them we would be nothing.
In His precious name,
The Hudson's
